Alfonso has worked 28 years in the trading capital markets, primarily as a proprietary trader for commercial banks, investment banks and hedge funds. Since 2002 he has worked on the sales/marketing side, representing select top money managers working with major asset classes, including equity, credit, distressed credit, mortgages, and managed futures. Alfonso specializes in highly quantitative, automated strategies. His clients are concentrated in the US, UK, and continental Europe. Alfonso is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Sheldon has worked 22 years as a venture capitalist, investment banker and Wall Street attorney. His primary areas of expertise are technology and financial services. Sheldon graduated from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. |

Sol has 15 years experience as a venture capitalist and investment banker specializing in bridge and PIPE financing, restructuring, distressed company investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to entering the securities industry, he served as CFO of the largest single-family home property owner in Maryland and general partner of CS Capital Partners LLC, an early stage venture capital fund. Sol graduated from Brooklyn College.

Harold has worked in the securities industry for 30 years, primarily raising capital for hedge funds and alternative investments. In addition, Harold has been active in the life settlement industry and as a private real estate investor in California. He graduated from the University of Connecticut and is a member of the Bar of the State of California. |

Kathy has spent the past 12 years in the financial services industry. From 1998 through 2003 she worked in venture capital, and prior to joining Cato in 2008, she worked for five years in private banking representing high net-worth clients. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Georgetown University. |

Robert has worked with private and institutional investors since 1992. He has represented and raised investment capital for a number of investment managers employing varied strategies including emerging markets, public and private equity, venture capital and mortgage-backed securities and other structured products. In addition, Robert founded and served as president of two successful distribution and manufacturing companies. Robert attended the State University of New York at Oswego. |
